Job summary

Acuren Inspection, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Cert NDT Level II Technician to support operations across multiple locations. This travel role will require reporting on nondestructive testing results and ensuring safety compliance.

The candidate will perform calibrated NDT inspections, interpret radiographs and other readouts, and may supervise others in the field. The position emphasizes hands-on NDT work, technical knowledge across RT/MT/PT/UT methods, and reliable documentation of findings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.
• Certified Level II RT, MT, PT, UT.
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to perform NDT tasks and interpret results.
• Knowledge of NDT equipment.
• Experience in report writing.

Acuren is currently recruiting for a Multi-Cert NDT Level II Technician to support operations in several locations. THIS WILL BE A CALLOUT/TRAVEL POSITION.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate nondestructive testing equipment
• Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection
• Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
• Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
• Interpret radiographs, cathode ray tube (CRT) or digital readouts, conductivity meters and visual indicators
• Organize and report test results
• Perform specialized inspections
• May instruct and supervise others
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some college preferred
• Certified Level II RT, MT, PT, UT
• Technical background in NDT methods and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections
