Child, Inc. is currently hiring a Floating Substitute Teacher to support classrooms across Austin, TX. This full-time role involves providing classroom coverage, implementing curriculum, and maintaining safe learning environments for children aged infant through 5 years.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of experience working with children (infant–5 years).
• Willingness to earn CDA within 12 months of employment.
• Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom coverage in the absence of a teacher.
• Engage children in meaningful activities.
• Assist in observing and documenting child development.
