Job summary

Sunrise Preschools, part of Child Development Schools, is seeking an Education Coordinator to coach educators across centers, observe classrooms, and support teachers with HighReach Learning curriculum. You will contribute to higher-quality learning experiences for children and families.

The role requires 1–3 years in early childhood education, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and organizational skills. Position is full-time and onsite.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in early childhood education
• High school diploma or GED required; degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Observe classrooms and coach teachers to strengthen practice
• Collaborate with teachers to plan and improve curriculum and activity plans
• Conduct formal and informal observations using established assessment tools
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff across centers
• Support staff development and retention through training and mentorship
