The role supports triage, history taking, med administration, and clinical operations.

Responsibilities include assisting with procedures, processing onboarding tasks, and ensuring safe workflow with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• LPN licensed to practice in the US (state license required).
• Experience with inpatient/outpatient triage and history taking preferred.
• Proficient in medication administration and reconciliation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and assist with history and physical exams.
• Assist with medication administration and reconciliation across campuses.
• Answer phone calls and process prescriptions as needed.
• Assist with new employee paperwork and onboarding tasks.
• Set up clinical procedures and maintain sterile processing workflow.
• Maintain safe, clean, and collaborative environment across all clinics.
