Job summary

Willis Knighton Health’s WK Senior Care Flexpool in Shreveport, LA is seeking an experienced LPN for a flexible PRN schedule (7A–7P) across its Senior Care facilities.

Applicants must have at least one year of LPN experience and a current LA LPN license; orientation is provided with unit-specific preceptors to support a smooth start.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of LPN nursing experience.
• Current, unencumbered LA LPN license with State Board of Nursing.
• Orientation provided with unit-specific preceptors.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as an LPN in WK Senior Care facilities.
• Coordinate with preceptors during orientation and onboarding.
• Support residents across four facilities: Extended Care Center, Progressive Care Center, Live Oak Skilled Nursing, Savannah Assisted Living.

WKH Senior Care Flexpool offers flexibility and competitive pay for PRN (daily option) positions from the four facilities that make up WK’s Senior Care: Extended Care Center, Progressive Care Center, Live Oak Skilled Nursing and Savannah Assisted Living. This nurse will be provided with a general orientation, followed by a more unit-specific orientation with a preceptor at each facility where they will be working. Applicants must have a current, unencumbered license with the LA State Board of Nursing with at least one year of nursing experience.
