Qualifications

• LPN licensed to practice in the US (state license required).
• Experience with inpatient/outpatient triage and history taking preferred.
• Proficient in medication administration and reconciliation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient with basic computer systems and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

Willis Knighton Health System is looking for an LPN that can float to the different campuses and work in all the physician's offices. We offer Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Hemology/ Oncology, Pediatrics, Ob/Gyn, and will be required to go to all 5 campuses. WKN, WKP, WKS, WKB and Rehab Work responsibilities will include, but not limited to, triaging patients, assisting with history and physical, assisting with new employee paperwork, medication administration and reconciliation, answering, returning phone calls and calling in prescriptions. Setting up and assisting with clinical procedures. The employee will be responsible for cleaning the instructions and taking them to sterile processing. They will assist with medication management and security and to ensure the workflow is conducted in a safe and pleasant environment. They will require good communication, computers and work in a team approach.
