Qualifications

• Master's degree in School Psychology is required.
• Certification in the State of Michigan as a School Psychologist is required.
• Experience with evaluating and interpreting psychological data in education settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive psychological evaluations and re-evaluations.
• Lead Multi-Evaluation Teams in eligibility decisions per MARSE rules.
• Interpret psychological data for staff, families and students.
• Support students with behavioral concerns using universal strategies.
• Participate in case conferences and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff and parents to support students in LRE.
• Develop and monitor assessments like FBAs and BIPs.
• Maintain timely and accurate psychological reports for IEP/504 processes.
• Travel between buildings as needed and attend department meetings.
