Job summary

Truist Financial is seeking a Float Universal Banker who will travel to multiple branches in the Hampton area to service clients, complete transactions accurately, and identify financial needs. You will educate customers on digital banking tools and support sales by presenting offers and referrals.

Responsibilities include following established procedures, maintaining controls, and participating in leadership routines.

Qualifications

• Proven and consistent proficiency in teller or cash handling or client service skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to use office equipment and perform basic math functions.
• Willingness to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service and support the team.
• Availability to work Saturdays and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service options.
• Support sales by presenting offers and referring clients.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue training to advance knowledge for better service.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies; stay informed of changes.
• Serve as the point of contact for account maintenance and problem resolution.
• Float across branches within the designated coverage area as scheduled.
