Job summary

Truist is seeking Float Universal Bankers who will travel to multiple branches within their area to deliver timely, accurate client service and thorough handling of all monies. The role includes educating clients on digital channels, supporting sales opportunities, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and policies.

You'll be a part of Truist's Retail team, scheduled to support several branches, and will participate in ongoing training to advance knowledge and service quality across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven and consistent proficiency in teller or cash handling or client service skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to use office equipment and perform basic mathematical functions.
• Willing and able to follow written and verbal instructions and work under established guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience across branches by engaging clients and handling transactions accurately.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales and service activities by presenting client offers and identifying needs.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Complete training and adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as the point of contact for account maintenance and issue resolution across branches.
