World Finance is seeking an Overstaff Financial Services Representative to support multiple branches, delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers achieve their financial goals. You’ll step in where you’re most needed, acting as a flexible problem-solver and the welcoming face of World Finance.

As an onsite FSR, you’ll assist Branch Managers, process loan documents, handle cash and deposits, and maintain strong customer relationships while upholding company values across

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to multiple branches, filling in for open or short-staffed positions.
• Process loan applications, documents, and renewals accurately; balance cash drawer daily.
• Take and process customer payments; prepare and execute loan closings.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and represent World Finance values in every branch.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to meet performance goals and ensure smooth operations.
