Ace Precision Machining in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. You will work on multi-axis CNC mills producing precision sheet metal components for aerospace, defense, and space applications.

The role requires at least three years of CNC setup experience, ability to hold tight tolerances (±0.001"), reading GD&T, and a safety-conscious, team-oriented mindset. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Three years of CNC setup experience.
• Ability to hold aerospace tolerances (±0.001).
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Experience reading complex drawings and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multi-axis CNC mills to produce precision sheet metal components and finished goods
• Load tools, set offsets, verify programs, and produce quality parts
• Read and interpret complex drawings, models, and GD&T requirements
• Make on-machine edits to improve quality, efficiency, and tool life in accordance with our quality system
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, CMM reports, and visual inspection
• Work closely with Programming, Engineering, and Quality on process improvements
• Maintain machine performance through routine cleaning and basic maintenance
• Follow quality system and safety rules
• Stay productive by running multiple machines simultaneously
• Work as part of a collaborative team to build quality products that you’re proud to put your name on
