Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret work instructions for product specifications, dimensions, tolerances, and tooling instructions.
• Operate, program, and troubleshoot CNC machines, specifically multi-axis lathes.
• Observe machine operation and verify conformance of workpieces to specifications and tolerances.
• Use inspection equipment (pin gauges, mics, calipers, CMM, comparator) per Quality Plan.
• Report production results (labor time, part counts, status) in the production system.
• Maintain housekeeping and perform daily safety and operational duties.
• Seek guidance from a senior Machinist, Quality, or Supervisor when needed.
