Qualifications

• College degree in manufacturing technology or programming or equivalent CNC experience.
• Proven experience operating multi-axis CNC machines.
• Strong understanding of G-code programming; read/modify/troubleshoot code.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints; proficient with precision measuring instruments.
• Safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain multi-axis CNC milling machines.
• Read, interpret, and adjust G-code; apply M-code when needed.
• Monitor tooling speeds and tool life; ensure safety.
• Manage CNC programs for recurring parts and schedule ahead.
• Collaborate with QA and production to complete first article runs.
• Assist with maintenance, setup, and installations.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Maintain tools and stock of inserts.
