Job summary

Hivemind Capital Partners LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the trading and investment operations for our public equity hedge fund strategy and digital asset funds. You will coordinate end-to-end processing, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple systems and counterparties.

The role requires 4+ years in hedge fund or digital asset operations, deep knowledge of trade lifecycles, and advanced Excel; familiarity with SQL/Python is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in middle office, back office, or trading operations at a hedge fund, asset manager, proprietary trading firm, prime broker, or digital asset firm.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle across traditional and/or digital asset markets, including settlements, reconciliations, cash management, and controls.
• Experience reconciling positions, cash balances, and transaction activity across multiple counterparties and systems.
• Familiarity with equities, derivatives, digital assets, and treasury operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operational lifecycle for trading and investment activity across multiple asset classes.
• Maintain reconciliation framework between front and back office records; monitor and reconcile daily activity and balances.
• Improve PMS, tooling, and reporting infrastructure for scalability and efficiency.
• Assist with PnL attribution, exposure tracking, and risk limit monitoring across portfolios.
