OCR Alpha is seeking a Middle Office Associate to join its Macro/Credit team in New York. The role focuses on supporting the trade lifecycle across multiple asset classes within a buy-side environment and coordinating with brokers and fund administrators.

The successful candidate will help drive operational excellence, monitor settlements, and foster strong relationships with counterparties in a fast-paced, collaborative culture that values accuracy and initiative.

Formación

• Experience supporting a trading desk within a buy-side firm or investment bank.
• Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle across multiple asset classes (rates, fixed income, FX, equities, commodities, credit).
• Interest in process improvement, automation and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full trade lifecycle across multiple asset classes.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers and fund administrators.
• Oversee settlements and resolve settlement fails with brokers.
