Job summary

Blackstone seeks a motivated investment analyst to join the BXMA SRT team in New York. The role involves credit and cash flow analysis on opportunities, supporting trade ideas, and assisting with structuring and reporting for fund management.

High performers have opportunities for progression; this is not a formal analyst/associate program with a fixed track. 1+ years' experience and Bloomberg/AI tools familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate credit analysis or credit markets.
• Familiarity with data analysis on large datasets.
• Experience building or interpreting financial models for investments.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Independent thinker with entrepreneurial drive and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assess corporate credit metrics (leverage, LTVs, seniority) for opportunities.
• Work with large data sets to support investment ideas and pitches.
• Develop or support transaction structuring and investment committee deliverables.
• Prepare reporting and returns analysis for fund management.
• Present findings and collaborate with team to advance investments.
