The Learning Experience in Foxboro, MA is hiring a Floater Teacher to support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. The role is full-time with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Applicants should hold Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification for the assigned age groups and bring prior childcare experience. The work involves interacting with children, assisting with routines, and collaborating with a supportive teaching team.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher certification required for the assigned age groups.
• Previous professional childcare experience preferred.
• Comfortable supporting multiple age groups.
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Must meet EEC qualifications for all classroom assignments.

Responsibilities

• Support Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms as needed.
• Maintain appropriate teacher-to-child ratios and active supervision.
• Assist with LEAP Curriculum activities and daily classroom routines.
• Support meals, diapering, toileting, rest time, and transitions.
• Engage children through stories, music, art, movement, and play.
• Build positive relationships with families and teaching teams.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized classrooms.
• Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements.
