Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to drive integration architecture for enterprise ERP initiatives. You will gather requirements, tailor ERP modules, and implement features while ensuring secure, scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity, Mule applications, API specifications, reusable assets, integrations, and deployment models.
• Experience designing hybrid integration solutions across cloud, on-premises, SaaS, legacy, file-based, batch, event-driven, REST, SOAP, and messaging-based architectures.
• Strong understanding of security architecture, API protection, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, secrets management, data protection, and compliance controls.
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams, architecture governance forums, design review boards, and enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
