Job summary

UniFirst seeks an experienced DevOps and MuleSoft Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure with GitHub actions. The role also administers the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform environments (CloudHub and on-premises) to ensure reliability, security, and performance of integrations across the organization.

You will collaborate with cloud architects, security teams, and application developers to design scalable, fault‑tolerant integration

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of DevOps or cloud infrastructure experience.
• Minimum 4 years building CI/CD pipelines as code (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or equivalent).
• Minimum 4 years hands-on MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform administration experience.
• Experience managing production cloud and MuleSoft environments in 24/7 operations.
• Experience with IaC tools (ARM, Bicep, Terraform, or CloudFormation).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines for MuleSoft applications.
• Experience with cloud networking, security, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of MuleSoft AnyPoint Studio, API Manager, and related tools.
• Preferred: knowledge of Google Cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain YAML-based CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC tools (ARM, Bicep, Terraform, PowerShell).
• Administer MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform (CloudHub 2.0, Runtime Manager, API Manager).
• Configure security policies, user access, and API governance.
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders on integration requirements.
• Monitor platform health and optimize performance across environments.
