Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking a Senior Integration Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise APIs and integrations across our technology landscape. This role centers on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform with Azure API Management as a secondary platform to support modernization initiatives.

This hands-on role requires strong experience in API development, data transformation, security practices, and DevOps collaboration across architecture, platform, operations, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combo of education and work
• 7+ years in enterprise integration, middleware, or API development
• 3+ years MuleSoft development with Mule 4, CloudHub 2.0, Anypoint Platform
• 2+ years cloud-native Azure API Management experience and API architecture

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support MuleSoft APIs and integrations using Mule 4, Anypoint Platform, REST/SOAP, DataWeave, RAML, and OpenAPI
• Develop API-led and reusable integration patterns aligned with enterprise architecture and secure coding standards
• Support production applications through troubleshooting and defect resolution
• Design, deploy, and maintain APIs and gateways using Azure API Management
• Configure API security with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, and API keys
• Own API/integration work through full software development lifecycle from requirements to production
• Monitor and optimize APIs using Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, Application Insights
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, developers, and DevOps to deliver enterprise solutions
