Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (Mulesoft SME) to join an enterprise MuleSoft integration team in Raleigh, NC.

This 12-month contract role is onsite 2 days per week with remote flexibility and W2 pay. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT business systems analysis, experience with API integrations (MuleSoft preferred), REST/SOAP, data mapping, and strong communication across technical and business teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT Business Systems Analysis experience focusing on API integrations.
Experience documenting middleware integrations and API management, MuleSoft preferred.
Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, and Web Services data mapping techniques.
Ability to investigate backend systems and troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document requirements for middleware integrations and API management.
Gather business requirements, perform competitive analysis, assist with product design.
Translate business needs into technical solutions, including data mapping and validation.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet objectives.
