Job summary

Accenture is seeking a motivated MuleSoft Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy APIs and integrations using Anypoint Platform. You will collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, and client stakeholders to deliver reliable APIs and scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on MuleSoft work, API design, and adherence to development standards while leveraging AI-assisted tooling for productivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on software development and Java fundamentals.
• 2+ years developing SOAP or REST services including XML, JSON, YAML.
• 2+ years Git, Agile delivery, unit testing, logging, exception handling, debugging.
• 1+ year MuleSoft development with Anypoint Platform, Anypoint Studio, Mule Runtime, DataWeave, REST APIs, MuleSoft connectors.
• MuleSoft Certified Developer Level 1 or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years); if Associate’s degree, 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support MuleSoft APIs and integrations based on designs and user stories.
• Build integration solutions using Anypoint Platform, Anypoint Studio, Mule Runtime, DataWeave and connectors.
• Develop and maintain MUnit tests; support integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and debugging.
• Follow development standards, coding conventions, and API-led connectivity practices.
• Support releases across environments; monitor logs and assist with incidents and root cause analysis.
• Participate in peer reviews, Agile ceremonies, and knowledge transfer with onshore/offshore teams.
• Use AI tools responsibly to support productivity while ensuring technical accuracy.
