Select Water Solutions in Pennsylvania is seeking a Mud Plant Operator to ensure safe, efficient operation of heavy equipment and maintain quality control. The role requires adherence to environmental, worker safety and regulatory standards while supporting disposal operations.

Responsibilities include maintaining disposal areas, monitoring pit levels, handling lines and valves, and generating tickets. The team values safety, reliability, and strong communication in a demanding outdoor

Qualifications

• Reliable means of transportation to work site.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Experience operating excavators.
• Experience operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to lubricate equipment.
• Climb staircase and catwalk of 15’–25’.
• Download and use inspection applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle.
• Extremely dependable and reliable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to execute duties with little supervision or guidance.
• Exhibits qualities of a team player.

Responsibilities

• Overall maintenance, upkeep and appearance of disposal area.
• Monitor pit levels and silo level.
• Retrieve oil from working pit/tanks.
• Unload lines, discharge and relieve valves or other equipment related to disposal of fluids.
• Generate and document third-party tickets and other forms of documentation in support of disposal.
• Meet compliance requirements with county, state, and federal regulatory rules and regulations.
• Ensure smooth transition from day to night attendants: communicate current status and potential issues prior to end of shift.
• Attend company meetings as requested.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Improve utilization efficiently, driver compliance.
• Ensure immediate work area is neat and orderly to ensure safety of workers.
• Report and correct unsafe conditions of practices.
