BICO Drilling Tools, Inc. is seeking a Motor Technician I in Oklahoma City to assemble and disassemble mud motors used in drilling operations.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with safety in mind. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, following service manuals, and assisting in tool disassembly/assembly while gaining proficiency with torque units and Vernier calipers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read and follow service manuals and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble mud motors used in drilling operations.
• Maintain clean work areas and ensure safety standards.
• Assist in disassembly/assembly of tools and proper operation of torque units.
