Job summary

Ladybird Grove & Mess Hall in Decatur is seeking a friendly Barista who loves coffee and delivering great guest experiences. You will craft espresso drinks, tea, and pastries, greet guests, take orders, and maintain a clean, welcoming coffee bar.

You will operate espresso machines and grinders, manage inventory, handle transactions, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Responsibilities

Essential Physical Functions

• Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day.
