Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages to customers according to established recipes and standards.
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and answer questions about menu items.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing coffee bar inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Stay current on coffee trends and products to provide informed recommendations to guests.
• Assist with the preparation of pastries and light snacks, if applicable.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Communicate effectively with other staff to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

Position Summary:

Essential Physical Functions:
