Job summary

Atlanta Housing is seeking a Compliance Analyst -TPA to lead the tenant repayment agreement process and manage EIV data within the MTW framework. The role focuses on accurate data processing, timely analysis, and collaborative problem-solving with the Finance Department.

The analyst will provide excellent customer service to participants and landlords, ensure proper documentation, and contribute to program improvements through teamwork and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Public housing or Housing Choice Voucher program experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Yardi or similar databases.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the tenant repayment agreement process and interface with other departments as needed.
• Interface with participants to schedule interviews, collect paperwork, prepare and execute repayment agreements, and resolve related issues.
• Provide guidance to Participants and Landlords with thoughtful solutions to the tenant repayment process.
• Prepare TPA and EIV summaries and reports as assigned by the Manager.
• Deliver excellent customer service to participants and landlords; respond to inquiries and maintain documentation.
