Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Must hold current administrative or teacher license in North Carolina.
• 3–5 years MTSS experience at the school level.
• 3–5 years administering standardized tests and using results for school improvement.
• Superior interpersonal, oral and written skills.
• Excellent organizational and facilitation skills.
• Data preparation/management with minimal supervision.
• Technological savviness and aptitude for new systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the schoolwide integration of MTSS.
• Develop components for MTSS interventions.
• Collaborate on MTSS protocols for Evaluation/Identification of LD within MTSS.
• Organize structures for MTSS teams at school level.
• Compile, review, and report data linking needs to interventions.
• Provide MTSS-related staff training.
• Support instructional/behavioral tools and FBAs.
• Coach staff on data collection methods.
• Consult with parents, teachers, and community agencies.
• Perform classroom observations as needed.
