Job summary

Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools is seeking an MTSS Facilitator to support data-informed school progress toward district and state priorities. You will work with the MTSS team, school leadership, teachers, and student services staff to strengthen school-wide systems and monitor progress toward annual milestones.

Responsibilities include coordinating universal screening, monitoring intervention outcomes, and providing professional development on data use to guide instructional moves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education required.
• 3-5 years experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred.
• Active NC teaching license in education, administration or student services or eligible for NC DPI licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversees systems for universal screening and diagnostic assessments.
• Monitors progress and reports on district indicators and MTSS milestones.
• Provides professional development and coaching on data use to drive instructional decisions.
• Collaborates with school leaders to align improvement goals with district plans.
