Job summary

Isanti Intermediate School & C-I STEAM School in Isanti, MN is hiring an ADSIS Behavior Intervention Teacher as a long-term substitute beginning Oct 19, 2026. You will provide targeted behavioral interventions and manage data under MTSS to help students at risk of academic failure.

Responsibilities include delivering interventions in small groups, collaborating with teachers and parents, recording progress, and communicating with ADSIS and PST teams.

Qualifications

• Minnesota teaching license required.
• Current MN teaching license for assignment levels.
• Successful background check required.
• Experience with school-aged children at risk for academic success preferred.
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis to drive interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted and intensive Tier 2 behavioral supports within MTSS.
• Maintain and analyze intervention data to guide instruction.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents.
• Instruct students with varied strategies and accommodations.
• Work under supervision of the Principal.
• Develop and implement individualized behavioral interventions.
