Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a seasoned MTS TSSC Manager to lead all aspects of the Training Service Support Center operations for the MTS program, reporting to the C-17 TS Operations Program Manager.

You will oversee program milestones, resource allocation, and performance against plans while coordinating with government counterparts and internal teams to ensure successful execution. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a track record of managing complex defense programs, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and six years of simulation‑related experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• At least 7 years’ progressive management experience.
• Prior C‑17 experience, with emphasis on Command/Leadership experience, is desired.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manages MTS TSSC operations.
• Provides direct supervision to assigned staff.
• Provides oversight of subcontracted staff.
• Ensures seamless MTS TSSC operations and contract compliance.
• Coordinate and schedule MTS TSSC activities including hardware and software design, modifications support, code and test, configuration management functions, TMS support, master library functions, and CyberSecurity.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and produce proposals responsive to customer needs.
