AMD, Inc. is hiring an MTS IT Engineer to perform core SAP Basis administrator functions, including certificate management, installations, upgrades, and performance monitoring. Responsabilidades

• Perform core SAP Basis administrator functions incl. certificate mgmt, software install/setup, upgrades and patches.
• Monitor performance, tuning, capacity planning, and change control for SAP systems.
• Collaborate with IT functions (Infrastructure, Networking, SecOps) and service providers.
• Develop and implement information security procedures and policies; build and upgrade security tech.
• Monitor security breaches, perform forensic investigations, and coordinate security policies.

Job Role and Responsibility:

AMD, Inc. is hiring MTS IT Engineer to Perform core SAP Basis administrator functions like certificate management, software installation and setup, upgrades and patches, performance monitoring, tuning, and capacity management utilizing enterprise standards and tools. Perform change control, incident response, and testing processes for infrastructure changes or changes related to SAP Systems. Collaborate with service providers and other IT functions including Infrastructure, Networking, and SecOps teams to assist in driving ongoing tasks. Develop the implementation of information security procedures and policies. Build, maintain, and upgrade security technology, such as firewalls, for the safe use of computer networks and the transmission and retrieval of information. Monitor, analyze, and identify trends for system performance and resource utilization. Design and implement appropriate security controls to identify vulnerabilities and protect digital files and electronic infrastructures. Monitor and respond to computer security breaches, viruses, and intrusions, and perform forensic investigation. Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification or disclosure. Coordinate documentation of computer security or emergency measure policies, procedures, or tests. Coordinate monitoring of networks or systems for security breaches or intrusions. Utilize knowledge of enterprise applications like SAP, E2Open, AgilePLM, Application Integrations in a heterogeneous landscape, and Cloud technologies like SAP BTP, IBP, Concur, Ariba, and SuccessFactors. Apply knowledge of Information Security best practices, operating systems, infrastructure configurations, network, and firewalls, and Finance, Supply chain, inventory management, Master Data management, and spend management, and utilizing AI technologies.

Qualifications: Degree required

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Qualifications: Amount and type of experience required:

Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a closely related engineering role.

Alternate combination of education and experience:

Employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a closely related engineering role.
