Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Richardson, TX, seeks a Member of Technical Staff to translate architectural vision into silicon-proven hardware for memory systems powering AI workloads.

You will design, implement, and review SystemVerilog RTL, perform early PPA analysis, and document microarchitectures while balancing performance, power, and area across the development lifecycle. A bachelor’s in CS/CE/EE and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/EE or related field.
• Strong digital design and microarchitecture ownership from spec to implementation.
• Experience with synthesis flows, early PPA estimation, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Translate architecture requirements into scalable microarchitectures and drive implementation from concept through silicon.
• Design, implement, and review SystemVerilog RTL for advanced memory system architectures.
• Perform synthesis and early PPA estimation to optimize area, power, and timing.
• Develop and maintain microarchitecture documentation across teams.
• Evaluate architectural trade-offs to support technical decision-making.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations.
