CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage common support areas, extend furniture lifecycle, and maintain data for space usage reporting. You will perform basic admin duties for mail, copies, and office supplies, supporting a clean, productive client workspace.
Daily tasks include inspecting furniture, submitting work orders, relocating items as needed, and reporting facility issues or safety concerns.
As a CBRE Maintenance Coordinator, this role includes but is not limited to the management and coordination of common support areas within assigned site(s) to ensure productive and inviting client workspace, extend furniture lifecycle, and record data for furniture and space usage reporting. Responsible for all basic administration of incoming and outgoing mail. Ordering and stocking of mail and office supplies in Mail room as well as Copy/Supply Areas. Basic troubleshooting for copiers and replenishing of consumables.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Coordinator position is $40,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Coordinator position is $40,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
