Clarest Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an MTM Operations Supervisor to lead a distributed team delivering Medication Therapy Management at scale in a remote-enabled environment. You will drive performance, quality, and patient impact by managing telephonic MTM workflows, coaching staff, and ensuring program compliance while balancing operational execution and service excellence.

This role reports to the Director of Call Center Operations.

Qualifications

• LPN/LVN license preferred but not required.
• Experience in regulated healthcare operations.
• Supervisory experience in remote teams.
• Experience with KPI performance and QA.
• Proficiency with healthcare operations systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MTM workflows and remote team performance.
• Coach staff, manage escalations, ensure service continuity.
• Align staffing with demand with Workforce Management.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and data accuracy.
