Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Clinical Assistant Pharmacy Technician to join the Medication Therapy Management team. The role supports enrollment, records, scheduling, and care plan processing while delivering top-notch customer service.

The position is full-time with a 40-hour week in a hybrid work-from-home structure, rotating after 90 days of training. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License or Registered/Licensed Pharmacy Technician Trainee.
• At least 6 months of pharmacy technician experience.
• CVS Health experience preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospital, medical office, or pharmacy setting.
• Valid/Active PTCB Certification or NHA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist MTM members, enrollment, and maintenance of electronic medical/pharmacy records.
• Support appointment scheduling and care plan processing/mailing.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls from plan members and document activity.
• Maintain electronic medical records and ensure high-quality service to plan members and partners.
• Work in a hybrid structure with planned rotation after training.
