Job Specifications:

• Department: Kids Day Camp
  • Working with ages 7 -14
• Expected Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Housing: May Be Available
• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-Time and Part-Time
• Skill Level: Entry-Level

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead day camp activities, ensuring a fun and safe experience for children ages 7-14.
• Transport children from Camp CB to activity locations.
• Maintain a high level of organization, with thorough planning and flexibility to adapt as needed.
• Demonstrated physical fitness and stamina to actively participate in outdoor activities such as climbing, hiking, biking, and other adventure pursuits.
• Exhibit self-motivation and initiative, taking on responsibilities without constant supervision.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration, both within the day camp team and with other resort departments.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with campers, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain a positive and can-do attitude, contributing to a supportive and uplifting camp environment.

Job Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role possesses:

• A genuine passion for working with children in outdoor settings.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan ahead and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Self-motivation and independence in carrying out assigned tasks.
• Excellent teamwork abilities, fostering collaboration within the camp team and across departments.
• A positive attitude and an eagerness to contribute to a positive camp environment.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

The expected pay range is $21.00 - $23.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
