Job summary

Requirements include a Master's in Social Work, WA licensure as required by the department, hospital/acute care experience, and BLS may be required.

Qualifications

• MSW required with relevant hospital/acute experience.
• WA licensure or pending licensure as required by the department.
• BLS certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Administer assessments and data for service planning.
• Interview families to identify social work needs.
• Coordinate services with community resources.
• Assess social, emotional and cognitive status with the team.
• Document assessments, treatment plans and progress accurately.
