Job summary

This internship targets Master of Social Work students, offering training in therapeutic approaches, documentation, and referral workflows within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Master of Social Work program (MSW).
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance must be held or be obtainable within 30 days of hire.
• Agency training provided; internship focuses on clinical learning and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and participate in individual, group and family therapy.
• Participate in treatment team planning and discharge planning/case management.
• Submit referrals, prior authorization requests and other insurance documentation.
• Maintain medical records with timely progress notes and required reporting.
