Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in an education or community setting.
• Experience with recruitment/outreach and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide MSW program admissions support, recruitment, orientation, and retention activities.
• Assist with BSW program support as needed.
• Coordinate bookstore communications, catalogs, and handbook updates.
• Prepare recruitment materials for social media and other platforms.
