Job summary

The University of Central Florida College of Health Professions and Sciences, School of Social Work, is seeking an Admissions Specialist I to support MSW and BSW programs, manage admissions tasks, and contribute to recruitment efforts. The role involves coordinating orientation and retention activities for online and campus tracks and creating recruitment materials for social media.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
• Experience with SLATE or comparable CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in student services within a higher education.

Responsibilities

• Provide admissions support to MSW and BSW programs and assist with recruiting, orientation, and retention activities.
• Assist MSW Admissions Specialist with responding to prospective student inquiries and preparing applications for review.
• Assist with bookstore communication, catalog and handbook updates for the MSW program.
• Prepare recruitment materials to share on social media and other platforms.
• Other duties as assigned.
