Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in social work from a CSWE accredited program or related field.
• At least two years of post-graduate school practice experience.
• Knowledge of CSWE accreditation, curriculum development, and program assessment.
• Ability to demonstrate the professional Code of Ethics at all times.

Responsibilities

• Teach part-time credit hours each semester as assigned.
• Hold part-time office hours weekly, with some by appointment.
• Maintain attendance records and report performance to registrar as requested.
• Support assessment of degree programs and Liberal Studies.
• Assign grades in line with University guidelines and provide timely feedback.
• Participate in faculty development activities (workshops, conferences).
• Follow classroom procedures in the Faculty Handbook and maintain professionalism.
• Meet classes as scheduled and cancel only per University guidelines.
• Utilize technology and teach online courses; comply with COVID-19 protocol.
