Job summary

Child Guidance Resource Centers seeks a Mental Health Professional for MST-based home and community-based therapy. You will work with families to improve adolescent functioning in natural settings, following a structured model that promotes positive social behavior.

You will complete required trainings, perform biopsychosocial assessments, provide therapy, and develop observable goals with families while documenting progress and ensuring program and agency guidelines are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work.
• Minimum one year experience working with children and families in mental health, education, child welfare, or juvenile justice settings.
• Broad clinical practice across family, child, behavioral, individual therapies, group counseling and crisis stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training and supervision as required.
• Handle chart documentation, billing, and paperwork per licensure and reporting guidelines.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and evaluate family dynamics.
• Provide therapy to explore personal and interpersonal dynamics.
• Develop treatment goals with measurable objectives for families.
• Maintain case progress notes for MST and CGRC records.
