Qualifications

• Master’s degree and CA BBS license (MFT, LCSW, or LPCC) required.
• Two years clinical experience post-licensing required.
• Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Weekly individual and group clinical supervision for staff and interns.
• Clinical assessment guidelines, reviews and consultation resources.
• Collaborate with schools; attend required trainings and maintain communication.
• Provide in-service training and ensure client clinical needs are met.
• Review staff charting for completeness and compliance with standards of care.
• Complete accurate documentation and meet minimum billable requirements for direct services.
• Maintain confidentiality of client care and participate in program meetings.
• Carry supervisory responsibilities for 1-2 MST teams of 2-4 therapists each.
• Conduct weekly group supervision and training to ensure MST adherence and clinician competency.
• Provide individual supervision to target clinician competency and remove barriers to therapy implementation.
