Job summary

Agile Defense, LLC is seeking an MSS Developer to build mission-critical analytics and dashboards for J7 workflows at Peterson Air Force Base. You will design operator-facing dashboards and data pipelines within MSS, leveraging Palantir Foundry, Gotham, and AIP. A U.S.

security clearance is required. You will also develop scalable data models, enable data-driven decision making, and work closely with mission leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a quantitative discipline; Palantir experience may substitute.
• 4+ years of software or data engineering experience, including 1.5+ years hands-on with Palantir Foundry, Gotham, AIP, or MSS.
• Experience building dashboards, applications, or pipelines for operational end users.
• Experience with ontology design and pipeline authoring using PySpark, code repositories, or Pipeline Builder; active US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operator dashboards, applications, and decision surfaces aligned to J7 mission workflows.
• Create self-service capabilities for operators to explore data independently.
• Build automated workflows delivering timely insights to stakeholders across the directorate.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across MSS deliverables.
• Develop data pipelines, ontology, and access controls on MSS and the Palantir stack.
• Integrate external data sources into a well-modeled data foundation.
• Ensure AI/AIP workflows have a well-modeled data foundation and surfaced outputs.
• Collaborate with mission leaders to translate analytical needs into technical solutions.
