Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of product and service line strategy for the IPA business, including identifying opportunities, supporting evaluation of solutions (i.e. build vs buy), and driving phased implementation through long-term success.
Own initiatives from concept through rollout and performance monitoring, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives such as financial performance, membership growth, and operational efficiency.
Own the P&L impact of strategic initiatives, including cost management and ROI measurement and delivery.
Develop and maintain measurement frameworks and executive reporting to track performance and inform decision-making.
Serve as a subject matter expert on MSO/IPA offerings and value-based care models, with a deep understanding of provider network dynamics.
Collaborate with corporate and market teams to support the evolution of the MSO/IPA product and service line portfolio.
Manage vendor relationships and partner with internal build teams to ensure timely and effective implementation.
Work closely with Technology, Product, Finance, and Market Operations to ensure seamless execution and adoption of initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
A minimum of five years of experience in healthcare strategy, product management, or operations leadership
Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and conducting ROI analysis
Collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, skilled at influencing and aligning cross-functional teams
Execution-oriented with strong project management and organizational capabilities, and deep understanding of operational impact
Self-starter who is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in fast-paced environments
Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to see the big picture while managing small details
Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree
Strategy / management consulting experience
Understanding of technology development lifecycles and vendor management
Experience working in a matrixed or segmented business environment
Deep understanding of value-based care models
Additional Information
Remote Role, New York City or Washington DC preferred.
Must be able to work M-F, 8-5 (Central or Eastern time zone)

Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$115,200 - $158,400 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
