Responsibilities include overseeing program offerings, using analytics to drive quality improvements, and managing faculty performance within a matrixed organization. Occasional travel and teaching duties are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of curriculum development, andragogy, and assessment practices.
• Experience with online teaching and competency-based education.
• Ability to analyze program data to improve learner outcomes.
• Familiarity with program accreditation and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead development and revision of academic offerings.
• Lead accreditation and self-study efforts; ensure alignment with standards.
• Oversee curriculum development and SME course leadership.
• Collaborate with Deans, Faculty Directors, HR and accreditation bodies.
• Supervise faculty performance and lead faculty meetings.
• Travel as needed; teach or mentor quarterly.
