Job summary

Qualified candidates must possess a Master's degree in nursing, relevant nursing licensure, and a commitment to fostering a diverse environment. The position requires at least 2 years of direct patient care experience, and teaching experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of providing direct patient care as an RN or advanced practice nurse.
• Experience as a clinical educator is preferred.
• Complete compliance requirements of SON and/or clinical site.

Responsibilities

• Teach in the clinical/laboratory/simulation settings utilizing evidence-based practice.
• Provide standardized learning experiences when applicable.
• Communicate concerns about non-academic student issues to the Associate Dean.
