Zusammenfassung

IQVIA seeks experienced Medical Science Liaisons to support a late-stage AML program. The MSL will engage investigators, hematologists, oncologists, and other healthcare professionals to advance scientific exchange and clinical development objectives.

The role emphasizes communicating complex data, building KOL networks, and supporting education programs while traveling up to 70% of the time across the assigned territory.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree from an accredited institution (PharmD/MD/DO/PhD/NP/PA or equivalent).
• Minimum of 4 years of MSL experience or relevant clinical experience in hematology/oncology.
• Minimum 3 years in hematology/oncology with demonstrated therapeutic expertise.
• Proven track record in medical affairs, clinical development, or related healthcare roles.
• Strong understanding of oncology treatment landscapes, market dynamics, and stakeholder segments.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific and clinical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and other digital engagement tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and hold a valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with planning and execution of oncology clinical trials and investigator-initiated studies.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and OIG guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, investigators, and priority institutions across the assigned territory.
• Engage in compliant, peer-to-peer scientific discussions on AML, hematologic malignancies, biomarkers, MRD, and evolving standards of care.
• Communicate complex information clearly to physicians, researchers, and care teams.
• Support disease-state education programs, advisory boards, and investigator meetings.
• Tactically execute scientific exchange with HCPs, formulary committees, and other stakeholders using approved materials.
• Identify medical education needs and serve as a contact for investigators initiating studies.
• Provide investigators with technical support for study development and trial activities.
• Identify and communicate clinical issues to influence company research and strategy.
• Maintain clinical expertise through conferences and literature review.
• Increase client visibility with thought leaders and enhance interactions with industry.
