Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison to support AML-focused clinical development and medical affairs in the United States. This field-based role emphasizes scientific exchange, investigator support, and engagement with hematology/oncology professionals across the territory.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years MSL experience in hematology/oncology, advanced clinical/scientific training, and a proven ability to communicate complex data effectively. Travel up to 70% is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 4 years of MSL experience or relevant clinical experience in hematology/oncology.
• Minimum 3 years of hematology/oncology experience with therapeutic expertise.
• Proven ability to communicate complex scientific information to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, MS Office, and Teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and work independently within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, investigators, and high-priority institutions.
• Engage in compliant scientific discussions on AML and related hematologic malignancies.
• Communicate complex data clearly to physicians, researchers, and care teams.
• Support education programs, advisory boards, and investigator meetings as appropriate.
• Execute scientific exchange with HCPs, formulary committees, and stakeholders using approved materials.
• Identify education needs and opportunities for investigator-initiated studies.
